Nova Signal-AI provides digital marketing, web design, SEO, AI chatbot integration, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, a 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Canadian clients may pay in CAD at the current exchange rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom designs and content created specifically for their project. We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nova Signal-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
